| We wish you a happy and safe holiday season and all the best for 2025Procedures and Resources for Authors Submitting to CRPIT Published Conferences and WorkshopsThis page outlines the procedure for CRPIT authors in the publication of their papers and provides some resources.
Procedures for Submitting PapersYour conference will determine the manner in which papers should be sent for review. Do not send them to CRPIT. However, it makes sense (to us) to submit them in a format close to that required should they be accepted. Please note that it is CRPIT policy that at least one author of all accepted papers to the conferences and workshops in the series would both register and present at the event concerned. Failure to do so without a reason acceptable to the organisers of the event will result in the paper being retrospectively withdrawn from both the proceedings and all citation sources. It is also CRPIT policy that all papers be original and not concurrently submitted elsewhere. Once again, we reserve the right to retrospectively withdraw a paper from the proceedings if we later find this not to be the case.
Copyright StatementIf you wish to include an initial copyright statement follow the instructions on the accepted papers page but replace the \toappearstandard (or \toappeargovwork) line with \submittedstandard (or \submittedgovwork), etc. Details, including volume numbers, editors, etc. of upcoming conferences are listed on the upcoming conferences page and below:
